Susan Howard has been involved with Waldorf Education for 40 years as an early childhood educator, teacher trainer, and co-founder and coordinator of the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America (WECAN). She is also active internationally as a co-coordinator of the International Association for Steiner Waldorf Early Childhood Education (IASWECE) whose 38 member country associations advocate for healthy childhood on five continents
