Meggan Gill

Meggan joined as Co-Director of Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America (WECAN) in August 2025. As a WECAN board member, Meggan brings her experience as an early childhood educator in both rural and metropolitan schools, her service as a former school board member, mentor, and evaluator, and her current position as Director of Education and Organizational Culture at Sunbridge Institute.

Meggan is a founding member of Alma Partners, a collective of diverse, multiracial, and multigenerational facilitators offering workshops and other services to independent schools and non-profit organizations on the topics of anti-bias education, inclusion, and belonging. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she earned her undergraduate degree in health sciences from The Evergreen State College, her Master of Education (MEd) in curriculum and instruction with a concentration in Waldorf education from SUNY Empire State, and her certificate in Waldorf early childhood education from Sunbridge Institute (NY). A certified yoga teacher and practitioner who fills her cup by being in nature and/or on her bicycle, she is also an avid reader and self-described nerd.
