In response to Colorado’s release of a draft Department of Early Childhood Transition Plan, Trust for Learning’s Grants & Partnerships Manager, Dr. Cathrine Aasen Floyd, provided comments and recommendations to ensure that newly expanded Pre-K programs in Colorado will align with the principles of ideal learning environments. This builds on a prior letter from the Ideal Learning in Colorado Advisory Team.
