Trust for Learning is seeking an Equity and Ideal Learning Fellow to advance its mission of expanding high-quality early childhood education to all children. This position, which will begin in January, is flexibly structured to encourage a wide range of applicants. The Fellow will play a key role in developing and implementing internal equity practices, building external partnerships, and designing projects to strengthen the organization’s commitment to equitable access of Ideal Learning. This person will participate in the daily workings of Trust for Learning, gaining expertise and relationships in the world(s) of philanthropy and early childhood education.
The Fellowship will be 6-12 months in length and require a minimum of 3 days/24 hours per week. We welcome applicants with any range of educational experiences — both in terms of life experience and degrees.
